Accommodation Rooms - a choice to suit everyone
The Duxton Hotel Perth offers 306 well appointed guest rooms, many with superb views over
the Swan River. An additional charge applies for a guaranteed river view.
Deluxe Rooms
Deluxe rooms are available with either king, or two double bed configurations. All rooms have a private ensuite bathroom, and the majority have a full size bath and seperate shower. Other room amenities include flat screen television, inhouse pay movies, foxtel channels, coffee and tea making facilities, iron and ironing board. Interconnecting rooms are available.

Superior Rooms
Superior rooms are slighly larger with a king size bed. The large marble ensuite bathroom has a seperate corner bath and shower. Other room amenities include flat screen television, inhouse pay movies, foxtel channels, coffee and tea making facilities, iron and ironing board.
The hotel also has Superior Spa rooms which are located on the riverside. These rooms have a king size bed, and the private ensuite bathrroom has a corner spa bath and seperate shower.

*Please note that floor plan attached to the Superior/Superior spa room is of Superior Spa room which can be booked by phoning Reservations on +61 8 9261 8000. A Superior room does not contain a corner spa but has city views.
Club Rooms
The Club Rooms, located on the top two floors of the hotel are extremely spacious and are available in either king or two double bed configurations. The private marble ensuite bathroom has a large full size bath and seperate shower. A second television is located in the bathroom for extra convenience. Other room amenities include flat screen television, inhouse pay movies, foxtel channels, coffee and tea making facilities, iron and ironing board. Slippers and robes are also provided.
Guests staying in a Club Room have exclusive access to the Club Lounge, located on the top floor of the hotel. A complementary light breakfast is available each morning, along with complimentary evening drinks and canapes.

Suite
The Suites are located on each floor of the hotel and offer luxurious accommodation. Each suite has a seperate lounge area with a CD player and the bedroom has a king bed. The private marble ensuite bathroom has a large full size bath and seperate shower. A second television is located in the bathroom for extra convenience. Presidential Suite
The Presidential Suite is located on one of the Club Floors. It has a master bedroom with a king bed, a spa bath and seperate shower in the private ensuite bathroom, seperate lounge room and dining area, and guest powder room.
